Checks normally take 8-10 business days to process. Please include your email address in case there is a question regarding your order. Bank Money Orders (payable to True Audio). We ship immediately upon receipt of a Bank Money Order. International orders must be US funds drawn on a US bank. Postal Money Orders (payable to True Audio). We ship immediately upon receipt of a Postal Money Order. International orders must be US funds drawn on a US bank. Wire Transfers You can make a purchase by making a direct wire transfer to the True Audio. Please inquire for details.
How we ship our packages:
		Orders shipped in the US will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Adding the 4 digit extension to your Zip Code will speed delivery. Orders shipped Internationally will be sent via the US Postal Service using 1st Class Registered Airmail. It usually takes a package 10-14 business days to clear customs.
		Orders processed via Direct Download will be delivered upon credit card approval, excluding major holidays.
		Orders are shipped via FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and International Economy. International customers can find their shipping costs at www.fedex.com
Our Return Policy:
All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be in resell-able condition. Returns without an Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package will not be accepted. To receive an RA# contact support@trueaudio.com. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee except packages that were damaged in shipping. All return shipping must be prepaid. No returns will be accepted on software after Direct Download. No returns will be accepted on software where the package containing the software has been opened.
